RETURN POLICY

We allow for returns only (not exchanges).

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only for valid cases and are subject to approval as per our policy. The return charge (₹200) and packaging deduction (₹100, if applicable) will be deducted during refund processing.
  • There is no return or refund applicable on Tote Bags unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, an unboxing video showing the invoice and defect is mandatory.
  • All items sent for return will go through a quality check. Returns will be declined if the item is not received in original and unused condition.
  • If the item is returned without original packaging, an additional deduction of ₹100 will apply.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is:
    • Used
    • Damaged
    • Sent without meeting hygiene standards
  • Once the return is accepted and the product reaches us, the refund (after deductions) will be added to your The Unknowns Wallet within 2 business days.
  • You can use your wallet balance to purchase any item on the website.
